Timeline and major milestones:

  • We began posting regular content on a schedule that matched the algorithms of the social media platforms where the organization’s core audiences were most likely to be. We supplement that organic content  with boosted post with a modest quarterly budget.
  • We also began making sure the “social” part of social media was robust for Freedom to Read by responding regularly to comments, questions and those who like and share their content.
  • We conduct A/B testing with content and captions, analyzing which messages resonate best with different segments of the audience.
  • Monthly meetings and quarterly reports help us track progress, optimize content, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
